This is why we at VIP Title Loans are the best in the industry. Like many I am sure you are aware, any time you make a change, big or small, things can happen. VIP Title Loans will be switching its internet and phone service provider very soon. We are not expecting any problems, but we want our valued customers to be aware there might be a temporary outage. If for some reason you call and are having trouble getting through, please be patient as we are changing phone internet providers.

The first two locations impacted by this change will be the Richardson and Colleyville locations. The addresses and phone numbers are as follows:

These locations may experience temporary disruption of service on the morning of Wednesday, April 27, 2016.

The Richardson location serves the North Dallas area, including Richardson, Plano, McKinney
The Colleyville location serves the Mid-Cities area of Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Colleyville, Grapevine, Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Keller.
Two other locations, Arlington and Garland, will have their service switched the morning of Wednesday, May 4, 2016.

The Arlington switch may impact the areas of Grand Prairie, Kennedale, and Mansfield areas
Garland areas include Dallas, Rockwall, Mesquite, Sunnyvale, Balch Springs, and Seagoville.
